Linear Firestops

The Linear Firestops are part of the ROCKWOOL® Linear and Trapezoidal Firestop system which is a linear firestop solution for use within compartment junctions.

The Linear and Trapezoidal Firestop system consists of a range of strips and pre-shaped blocks of ROCKWOOL high-density stone wool insulation. It is used as a linear firestop seal at junctions between the top of compartment walls, and the underside of roof and floor constructions.
The Linear Firestop can be manufactured to suit a wide range of steel profile dimensions. All Firestop products are supplied in standard lengths of 1m.

  • Rectangle strips installed under 5% compression
  • Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-3: 2021 and/or BS EN 1366-4: 2021*
